We provide a 1-year warranty on all the products we sell. We believe it is important to stand behind our products and be there for our customers. Our warranty covers any manufacturing-related defect. Any physical damage, abuse, or misuse is not covered under the warranty.
To initiate the warranty process you can email us at email@example.com or use our contact form; you will need to put "Warranty" in the subject. Once initial contact is made we will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that you will need to reference on the package you ship it back in. We will also provide you with a return shipping address.
Once the item is received we will inspect and test it to determine the issue. If we determine it is warrantable, we will send you a replacement. If your item has been discontinued, we will send an updated or comparable model as a replacement. Most replacements will be brand new, where others may be refurbished; it just depends on what we have on hand at the time.
PLEASE NOTE: Warranties (or any returns) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if it does not have an RMA ((return merchandise authorization) number associated with it. Also, customer is responsible for return shipping cost, but we will ship the replacement back for free.
