There can be several issues that cause the glasses to stop recording. The two main issues are a dead/dying battery, or the storage is full. If the battery is not fully charged, we recommend charging it fully and trying again. If your battery is dying prematurely, or not charging at all, please seek warranty assistance. If you have a lot of files on your glasses, there may not be enough space to make another video. Simply move the files over to your computer and delete them off of the glasses to free up space. If you are using a Mac computer, we advise that you also empty your trash can before you disconnect the glasses. Failure to do so will keep the storage space filled up even though the files were deleted.
